With the right permissions, you can edit an unpaid invoice. You can update the following:
- Amount of any course (requires the Manage Site Settings user permission)
- Due date (requires the Can Send Invoices role permission)
To edit an invoice:
Click Invoices. The Invoices page appears.
Next to the invoice you want, select
> Edit invoice. A pop-up appears.
Edit any of the following:

Note: You must have the Manage Site Settings user permission. In the top-right, enter the desired amount. Date due
Note: You must have the Can Send Invoices role permission. Enter the new due date, or select the date from the calendar. - Click Save.
