Users with the Add Courses, Update Courses, or Remove Courses permission can add, edit, or delete course sections. There can be multiple sections of a course.
To add a new section to an existing course:

Click Course Management. The Course Management page appears.
- Next to the course you want to add a section to, click
. The Course listing page appears.

Under Course sections, click Add a section. A pop-up appears.

Do the following:
a. Enter a Name.
b. Select the minimum and maximum registrations.
c. Select a Building and Space.
d. To set date(s) and times, do the following:i. Click Select dates. A pop-up appears.
ii. Select a start and end time.
iii. Select the desired date(s).

iv. Click Save.
e. Enter the desired Registration fee and Course costs.
- Click Save.
To manage existing course sections:
- Click Course Management. The Course Management page appears.
- Next to the course you want, click . The "Course listing" pop-up appears.

Under Course sections, do any of the following:
To.. Then.. Edit a section a. Click . A pop-up appears.
b. Make any desired changes.
c. Click Save.Delete a section
Note: You cannot delete a section if any students are enrolled. a. Click . A confirmation message appears.
b. Click Yes, delete.
