Users with the Add Sessions, Remove Sessions, or Update Sessions permission can add, edit, or delete sessions. Sessions consist of multiple courses.
To add a new session:
Click Sessions. The Sessions page appears.
Click +Add Session. A pop-up appears.
- Enter a unique Session Name (required) and a Description (optional).
- Click Save.
To manage an existing session:
- Click Sessions. The Sessions page appears.
Next to the session you want, do any of the following:
To... Then... Edit a session a. Click . A pop-up appears.
b. Make any desired changes.
c. Click Save.Clone a session
Note: You must have the Add Sessions permission. a. Click
. A pop-up appears.
Note: The name appears with (COPY). b. Make any desired changes.
c. Click Save.
Delete a session
Note: This is only available if the session is not associated with any courses. a. Click . A confirmation message appears.
b. Click Yes, delete.
