Manage programs

Users with the Add Programs, Remove Programs or Update Programs permission can add, edit, or delete programs. Programs consist of multiple sessions and courses.

To add a new program:

1. Click Programs. The Programs page appears.

   

2. Click  +Add program. A pop-up appears.

   

3. Enter a unique building Name (required) and a Description (optional).
4. Click Save.

To manage an existing program:

1. Click Programs. The Programs page appears.

2. Next to the program you want, do any of the following:

   To...	Then...
   Edit a program	a.  Click . A pop-up appears. b.  Make any desired changes. c.  Click Save.
   Clone a program Note: You must have the Add Program permission.	a. Click . A pop-up appears. Note: The name appears with (COPY). b. Make any desired changes. c. Click Save.
   Delete a program Note: This is only available if the program is not associated with any courses.	a.  Click . A confirmation message appears. b.  Click Yes, delete.
